When an object is launched horizontally 1.the vertical speed is constant. 2.the horizontal speed is constant. 3.both the horizontal and vertical speeds are constant. 4.the vertical speed is constant, but gravity affects the horizontal speed

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

vertical speed is zero, since we have no motion along the vertical direction

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

whereas the motion along the horizontal direction, is a uniform motion after the launch

Okay so horizontal is constant and verticle is affected by gravity?
