OpenStudy (mgriffin16):

the difference of 5 and twice x. A. 5 - 2x B. 2x + 5 C. 2x5 D. 2x - 5 ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Read from left to write and write the expression from left to right. 5 comes first, so which answers fits?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*left to right, hahah.

OpenStudy (mgriffin16):

Its asking me to write it as an equation

OpenStudy (mgriffin16):

would it be A?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, that's the only answer that fits my "left to right" rule. It would have to be set equal to something in order for it to be an equation, by the way. They're asking you to write an expression.

OpenStudy (mgriffin16):

oh ok thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure thing!
