How have you solved previous problems of this type?  You have the unknown quantity m in the left hand term of this equation.   (3/7) is the coefficient of m.  How do you treat both sides of the equation so as to remove this coefficient (3/7)?

There are several ways in which you could solve this equation for m.  Which have you used before?  If you don't know the name, show me how you'd apply the method.
