ok look you have values in form (x,y) right
so declare both the points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2)
now x1= -3, y1 =4
and x2 = 2 , y2= -1
now put the values in equation
\[m = \frac{ y2-y1 }{ x2-x1 }\]
