OpenStudy (zned6559):

does d/dx S cosx^2 dx= cosx^2 dx?

OpenStudy (zned6559):

\[\frac{ d }{ dx}\int\limits_{}^{}cosx^2 dx\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Whenever you take the derivative of an integral, the derivative cancels out the integral. So in this case the d/dx would cancel out the integral Sdx (where S is the integral symbol)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What you are left with is cosx^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Unless you are asking for conceptual.

OpenStudy (zned6559):

thanks
