"If you have 12 frozen hamburgers per box and cheese slices that come in packages of six, how many of each item do you need to make cheese burgers with exactly one slice of cheese per burger? Find the LCM of twelve and six. can someone help me step by step?" Are we talking about HOW MANY PACKAGES? I'd think so. Why not start out by experimenting? If 12 hamburger patties come in ONE box, you'll need 2 packages of cheese.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Then each finished burger will have exactly one slice of cheese.
