What are two processes that must occur to form soil?
Plants produce loam and plants produce humus
erosion and weathering
erosion transports mineral particles and plants die and decay
weathering breaks rocks into minerals and plants die and decay
OpenStudy (chantysquirrel1129**):
Ok, so tell me what makes up soil? c:
OpenStudy (anonymous):
rocks...
OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm D and B sound similar
OpenStudy (chantysquirrel1129**):
I think I agree with Smart owl c:
OpenStudy (anonymous):
so D?
OpenStudy (chantysquirrel1129**):
I was thinking D too, because soil has minerals in it's mixture, and just erosion and weathering will create pebbles, while choice D is "weathering breaks rocks into minerals and plants die and decay" which consist of minerals :)
OpenStudy (chantysquirrel1129**):
So yes, D :)
