One thing you would really like to change in your community and how it would benefit you. I need help coming up with ideas and i want something that is more meaningful , i just need help figuring out what that should be

Well one thing I would really like to change in my community is the homeless population. I always seem people without homes or jobs asking for a little change and it makes me so sad because I can't help much :[.
This is would benefit me because I would be changing peoples's lives. Not just by helping the homeless find jobs, shelter, and food but this could also benefit the community because I always see people complaining about the many homeless people here. I would be helping both the homeless and the community. Personally it would benefit me by giving me some inner peace knowing that some people are safe and sound in shelters. This also goes for the homeless animals in my community, I would like to help them too and find shelter for them during the bad weather and everything.
