Lemons:  Note that these two triangles are similar.  Their angles are the same, although the lengths of their sides are not.  You can set up an equation in proportions to solve this.

Okay so DE is the same as AB just smaller in length.

As you can see: AC is 5 more than DF length wise.

So now you know the ratio.

All you have to do is AB - 5, which is 27 - 5... which is 22! 

So the answer is A!
