ok for graphing inequalities right. I believe you need to first organize them in point slope form

\[-2x+3y\ge-12\] \[3y\ge2x-12\] \[y\ge\frac{2}{3}x-4\] -4 is the yint and 2/3 is rise over run= slope. you shade where the graph is greater or equal to the line

now for the second one \[x+y<3\] \[y<3-x\] \[y<-x+3\] so negative slope with y int at 3. you shade where y is smaller than this.

make sure you only shade with the area where the lines intersect.
