If you look at the points that you already have, there is a pattern! The first two both have a -2 in the x value spot.. Now on the third point you can see that it has a 4, so we know that the 4th point will have a 4 as an x-value.. Now if you look at your y-values, you have 1 and -3... the third point ALSO has -3, so you can conclude that the y-value will be 1.. therefore (4, 1)! :)
The fourth quadrant has negative x values and positive y values.
