This has been going on for a while, normally I just choose to ignore it... SO whenever I open up the tab where it shows my fanned users, and I hover over someone, they go offline. then when I close it, they come on real quick.

Well , i would definitely say that this is not a GLITCH.
This occurs due to loading information of that user.
As this is a computer programme(if i am correct), it might take few seconds to load it !

So,don't worry !
( its become my habit) lol
