I think both A and D are right but I can only choose one so which one would be correct?? Which statement is true? Select one: A. Repeating decimals are always rational. B. An integer numerator over a zero denominator is always rational. C. Converting a mixed number to a decimal shows if it is rational. D. A negative number is always rational.

D is not correct, it is not ALWAYS a rational number. An en example \[-\pi\] This is negative and irrational.
