Lisa, Sue, Maria can do a job in 12 hours. If each person worked alone it would take Lisa 30hrs and Maria would take twice as long as Sue. How long would it take Maria alone?

what I would do next is multiply both sides by the LCD, which in this case is 30x

Thanks! For some reason I had the LCD as 60 and I probably made a mathematical error.

well you could use 60, but you'd have to throw x in there too
