A phrase must have a subject and predicate and express a complete thought. True False

OpenStudy (anonymous):

False.

OpenStudy (seb.cal):

@PriyanshiMishra No, the answer is not "False." A phrase can be anything. Example: I went to the park to walk my dog. - Subject(s): I, dog, and park. - Predicate: "went to the park" - My sentence is correct grammar-wise, so therefore, it is a complete thought. So, @kaleigh17 , your answer is "True."
