Two objects with the mass 1.00X10^3 kg are each at a distance of 4.00 m from each other. If the center of one mass is regarded as being at the origin of the x-axis and the other is centered at 4.00 m along the x-axis, what is the magnitude of the gravitational field of the two masses combined at 8.00 m along the positive x-axis? I really want to understand the steps to find this!
