I agree with @Brrandyn here are my suggestions: 1) please wear a pair of rubber soled shoes 2) if possible please wear a metal bracelet in order to discharge a possible static electricity which might be accumulated during the various exercitations 3) don't contact the electronic components by means of sharp objects, in order to avoid the damaging of such electronic components finally, please look at these notes on reading capacitors:
