OK so the easiest method here is substitution because you already have the exact value of one variable, y

So if like in the first one you take\[y=8x-9\] Take \[8x-9\] and substitute it for y in the second equation which gives you\[8x-9=4x-1\] to solve that isolate the variables and when it's all solved out you get \[4x=8\rightarrow x=2\] so then to get y substitute 2 for x in either equation and solve which brings y to be a value of 7, so the ordered pair, (x,y) I will leave you to solve.
