It should be: Yo soy la señora Quintana; yo soy Margarita Quintana. Señora because she is a woman and not a man, if it were a man then it would be señor.

señor = Mr. señora = Mrs. From "yo soy Margarita Quintana.", you see a feminine name, Margarita, so it's a woman talking.
