2. A cube is made up of six congruent square faces. Find the length of the inner diagonal of the cube. Note that is the hypotenuse of right triangle ADH. (Round your answer to the nearest hundredth.) a) Use the 45-45-90 property or the Pythagorean Theorem to find the length of the diagonal (DH) of the bottom base of the cube. b) Use the length from part a as one leg, the length of side AD, and the Pythagorean Theorem to find the length of the diagonal AH.

Ahhh! I'm just barely learning and starting to get geometrical stuff. If I knew a lil more maybe I'd be able to help. That looks painfully frustrating! @mathmale might be able to help you though :)

OpenStudy (emmynimmy):

Thanks so much! I hope they can help.

Atsie (atsie):

Actually mathmale isn't on right now, so maybe @MathHelpPls can And no problem :)

Atsie (atsie):

Or @pooja195

OpenStudy (anonymous):

AH = sqrt ( x^2 + y^2 + z^2) AH = sqrt(3 * 49) AH = 7 sqrt 3 Note that AH is the hypotenuse of right triangle ADH

OpenStudy (emmynimmy):

what is that for?

OpenStudy (emmynimmy):

i mean which one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

o I don't know I did not know we had to do it like that can't help u sorry
