Can someone be nice enough to help me please?

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

@Englishguy

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

Have to read the article and I need three reasons why the teens are innocent

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So do you want me to read it and give you my opinions of what I think it is?

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

I chose innocent because there is also guilty but idk which should be easier to pick innocent or guilty ?

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

yes please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just a minute

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

okay thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think guilty, because if they weren't there doing the crime in the first place, nobody would have died or been injured. I think because they were doing the crime they should be charged with the murder also

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

What are your three reasons that they are guilty

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I said one. Another one is that they caused property damage to the guys home and you can by law kill someone who may be a threat in your home, it isn't considered murder. But to cover the death they could put murder on the teens. Thst was another reason, so you need one more

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

Third reason would be that the teens should go to jail for 55 years since they tried to rob and they could probably learn a lesson from that -> Idk if its a good reason

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sounds good to me

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

okay I need to do the counterclaim and rebuttal

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

just only that counterclaim and rebuttal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So what is the counterclaim to this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh I see what you're asking

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The counterclaim could be something along the lines of someone saying that maybe that punishment is too harsh on just a felony, and that they're only teenagers. Rebuttal could be something like well no crime should be viewed as a better or worse crime. And teenagers should know the law and should be expected to follow it as well

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

I have to backup my claim it's just the opposite of a claim

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's the best I can do

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

Should I say I know it's too much years for the 4 teens to stay in jail forever but they never thought of the consequences and they need to realize their mistakes they have done

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah that sounds like a good one

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

Idk what should i say for the rebuttal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Teenagers are accountable for their actions and should know and follow the law

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

sounds great thank you very much your amazing !!!

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

okay goodnight c:

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):

Have a nice day tomorrow

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (wintersuntime):
