So, im pretty sure its x=-5 (correct me if im wrong) Im just incapable of figuring out whether they are extraneous or not. Ive tried many times, its just a skill i cant aquire so please help. Thank you!!!

Well if i was right about it being -5 then it is extraneous because i put non and got it wrong.
