guys... don't give answers! OS is for learning ;) x-4y = 6 --> 3x-12y=18 3x+y=-8 -> -3x-y=8 adding both equations... -13y=26 --> y=-2 y=-2 and from the first equation we have x-4y=6 , so x+8 = 6 and x=-2
