Hey everyone, I was wondering what do you need to become a qualified helper? I feel like it isn't explained very much in detail around. Thanks!

in words of pooja or someone else: Qualified Helpers are a small group of outstanding and dedicated helpers that have been trained to help users get fast and detailed help on their questions. Well, some requirements are that you need to be 80+ smartscore

Yeah, I try my best to try to increase that smart score but I'm always staying at 63-64.
