Can anyone explain the concept of greatest lower bound and lowest upper bound in Hasse diagram with an example ?

Basically I am having trouble differentiating between upper bound and lowest upper bound..its clear theoritically that the the lowest from the set is the LUB but I'm having trouble identifying them in the diagram.
