Why not draw these two lines, using the Draw utility?  You don't HAVE TO, but the problem may be clearer for you that way.  Look what welshfella has done.  Edit his entry and then graph the other line.  Determine approx where the 2 lines interesect.

In other words, please graph:   2y=3x-1

So in 2y=3x-1 to find the intersection you should have y=y and y=4 is given replace it in the equation you get 8=3x-1 so x=3 so the point of intersection is (3,4)
