Qualified Helpers are a small group of outstanding and dedicated helpers that have been trained to help users get fast and detailed help on their questions.

Moderators can apply to be Qualified Helpers. Non-moderator applicants must:
- Have at least one title
- Send in a ID

JK! You have to have at least one tite, 80+ smart score, and use openstudy for like 2 hours a day or more i think
