I'm trying to make a new account with a different name but its saying my ip address is banned but I'm on my account so its obviously not how do i fix this

Maybe one of your classmates got suspended. This would cause all accounts linked with that IP to have an IP ban for the following 6 months. No users who are linked with that IP can create other accounts until the 6 month IP ban is dissolved.
