When I post a comment on a post and I click to post what I've typed, whatever I typed goes through, but the text still stays in the comment box and it does not go away until I go to another question or I refresh.

Same here, but mine doesn't change back ever and it doesn't go away if I try to type. I can't delete it or add to it. I have to refresh. This happens every single time

Yeah. It hasn't always done that, though. It's been like this for a couple months now and it's kinda frustrating because if I'm trying to help someone, they're just like "Still there?" or whatever.. But it doesn't annoy me too much.
