but in special case. if 2 people equally help you and you wanna give to both you can use alt to give medal to another one.

There is a way to give two people a medal on one post, but that's a secret as it can be abused for medal spamming. :)

It's not really considered medal spamming in my opinion. You are only giving ONE medal not 5 so it's alright. And you can't give 2 medals to the same user so meh :P
