Why does warm soda go flat faster than chilled soda?

OpenStudy (kayliwarden):

Soda is a carbonated beverage. This means that soda has carbon dioxide dissolved in it. Warm soda has a higher temperature than chilled soda. At a higher temperature, the dissolved carbon dioxide is more likely to become gaseous again and "leave" the soda. This is also why it makes a noise when you open the soda. The warmer soda would be at a higher temperature, therefore more gas would be released from the warmer soda than the colder, chilled soda.
