@wwhitlock ya i dont even have the opportunity to go to church because my parents work and my father is to anti social so he never wants to leave the house much, so me and my mom listen to christian radio, i read bible stories every once and a while, and my dad and me have little bible talks every once in a while

The land was split up among the 12 tribes. Except Levi. The Levites were in charge of religious ceremonies like burnt offerings and such. So Levites were need in all the tribal lands.
The 10 commandments are the same as the New Testament idea of Love God and Love your neighbor as yourself. The 10 commandments are just more detailed.
