What is the difference between dispatchable threads and currently dispatched threads?

OpenStudy (opcode):

Coming from more thread optimized Windows, compared against a processed optimized *nix, the differences are the same, so I will not be pedantic, but I recommend you clarify what operating system you are talking about. On my time with *nix machines, dispatched threads are threads that usually have high priority, and are doing work. Dispatchable threads are threads laying around doing usually useless stuff. Side note: queuing threads are normally considered to be dispatchable threads.
