Is it possible to reach a Smartscore of 100? I've only ever seen people with Smartscores of no higher than 99.

It's possible :-) 
Keep helping and helping and helping. Perhaps one day you will reach 100 SS ;) 
However only ONE person can have an SS of 100 ^.^
@satellite73 is the current person with an SS of 100 ^_^

It does take time however it does not mean you can't get there ONE day
