Cuz the length of pentagon is 4 X 5 = 20 Length of semicircles = 5 X 1/2 X 2 pi 2 = 31.41592654 Large circle circumference = 2 X 4.752763841 X pi Add all up = 81.3cm (3 s.f.) ? (5/2)*4π + 2(4.753)π + 20 = 81.2799063 => 81.3 (My copied answer was 80.2 i hope this helps and explains you the answer @vksm
