Sure. Imperialism is defined as "a policy of extending a country's power and influence through diplomacy or military force." So, basically, the two different sides are those who oppose taking other land through military force (Cuba is a good example to use with this portfolio) and those who support it. So, with the list of people given in the assignment, find one who supports it and one who opposes it, and make up a debate that they could have about their views.
