Just remember, the Denomitors have to be the same if u want to subtract or add. If they're different you need to find the LCD :)

Oh im sorry to confuse yu.
I meant for you to simplify them down and subtract.
So basically, yu take 5 3/8 and simplify it. and take 3 5/8 and simplify then subtract.
So.... 43/8 - 29/8 equals?
