Technically, it only tells you the domain that has the email server that the user has an email account on. When your nameserver queries the nameserver for that domain and asks for MX (Mail eXchange) record[s], that domain's nameserver responds with the address[es] of the mailserver[s] for that domain. Your email is then (attempted) sent to the primary (the secondary, then tertiary, etc.) mail server for that domain.
