I need help!!! Use geographic terms and tools to explain why ancient civilizations developed networks of highways, waterways, and other transportation linkages. Why did all Incan roads lead through Cuzco? (4 points) Cuzco was on flat land and easy to access. Cuzco is where merchants from other civilizations came to trade. Cuzco had the most fertile farming land. Cuzco was the capital and the center of life in the Incan empire.
