The light is moving towards the wall at 2 ft/min and the angle between the light and the ground is increasing at 1/10 radians per minute. (a) suppose the angle was fixed but the light was moving towards the wall. would the spot be rising or falling. (b) suppose the distance was fixed but the light was rotating up. would the spot be rising or falling (c) when the distance from the wall us 20 ft and the angle is π/4 what rate is the height of the spot on the wall changing?
