Question

When I answer a question and someone gives out the answer, I tell them not to.. But then the noob decides to tell me to stop telling them not to give out answers. They message me about it. What do I do?

You could message a Mod if it continues to happen, and if it irks you that bad.

What I usually do is message the user and tell them what the Code-of-Conduct says. If they reply back with a "I don't care", that when I report them and leave it to the Mod's.

I tell them, "Excuse me, you should care. Otherwise, it may result in a suspension or worse, a ban. And I wouldn't want you to get suspended now, you have just come. So please, next time guide the user to the answer not give it out, otherwise they won't learn. Welcome to OpenStudy! :D"

it depends upon the asker

If the asker really wants to learn then he won't go with the direct answers he will listen to you.
If he wants direct answers then just ignore cuz even if no body gives direct answers then also at the end when u wuld hav finished ur explanation the asker will say-> "\(So~whats~the~answer~?\)"
