Okay, so we know what Scientific Notation is, correct? .00036 / .00004 You would move the decimal to the right to make the numbers whole. .00036 = 360 .00004 = 4 Than I would divide 360 by 4, which gives me 90 Than I would divide it by ten to get the correct answer. You may learn to do it another way, but they is the simplest way I have learned to do it.
