So I have to write an essay based on something heroic I've done, but I can't think of anything. Any ideas of what I should write about ?

Well, since this is personal, I guess you would have to do some brainstorming of your past actions. For instance, I stopped a classmate from committing suicide. I would guess that your essay doesn't have to be as deep though. :P
