`40*9 = 360` is a rough estimate of the actual answer

the actual answer is `39.721 * 8.95 = 355.50295` so 360 is pretty close

The only question remaining is how to express the estimate itself.  Your product can't be more accurate than the multiplicands themselves, which have been rounded to the nearest integer.  I'd stick with 360.  No justification exists for rounding that up (considerably) to 400.
