The frequency of a wave: A. increases with increasing period. B. decreases with increasing period. C.increases with increasing wavelength. D. a and c only. I am thinking it is B just not 100% sure.

OpenStudy (hakunamatata34):

I think it is D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I do know for a high frequency the period is shorter and a low frequency the period is longer. So, by just knowing that wouldn't that make D not the best choice?

@BraceFacee

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A.!! but you really solved this yourself :) cause it not C or D and A is the only one that makes sense :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait no I meant B i don know why I said A lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The period of a wave: decreases with increasing frequency. increases with increasing frequency. increases with decreasing wavelength. a and c only. none of the above. How about this one? @cool4u2001

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would be A right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep :) I'd say because if a period is shorter when the frequency is higher then A is the only one that makes sense :)
