Since the 2 sides either side of 48 are equal the triangle is known as isosceles and it follows that teh two UNKNOWN angles are EQUAL (i.e. they are both x) now the sum of the 3 angle in a triangle is 180 deg so write an equation 48 +?? = 180 you can then solve what x is
