As far as I know, you simply divide the largest number by the smallest number to get your denominator, the only alternative is you find the least common denominator of the two known variables to get an accurate measurement, the largest number divided by the common denominator allows you to acquire your denominator, then the smallest number divided by the common denominator will end up being your nominator, in short you get your nominator and denominator by using one of these solutions. I hope this helps in someway! ;) - Have a great day! {---Ghostgate---}
