Hello can anyone give me tips to figure out the most acidic proton and the most basic atom in a molecule? thanks so much

let me give you an example say if I circled these three protons can you tell me which ones are the most acidic?

just check the hybridization of the carbon directly attached to the H
more the s character more that C will be willing to take away the electron of H
so H will be released easily if s character will be more.
so you can compare the acidity like this..

There r other effects too which determines the acidic character such as inductive effect & mesomeric effect.

u must know that -I-effect is acid strengthening effect & -M-effect increases acidic character.
