ok, you start with the universal set U= {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}

now go through this universal set and erase any number you find in set A

the idea is that a number is either in set A, or it is not in set A if it's not in set A, then it's in the set `A '` (complement of set A) so that's why I kicked out the numbers found in set A
