if it was multiplied by one it would be 9 but it was multiplied by a fraction greater then one so it wouldnt be 9 and it wouldnt be less then 9 so there is only one other answer

well if 2 was multiplied by one it would be 2 but its multiplied by a fraction less them 2 so how could it be greater then 2?? so whats the answer
